Welcome to Ready AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ready AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Ready AI PTE. LTD. ("Ready AI," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
IMPORTANT: These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration and waive your right to participate in class actions. Please read Section 12 carefully.

You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Ready AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
The Service, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by Ready AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Ready AI's trademarks, logos, or branding.
The AI-generated insights and outputs provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Ready AI the right to use such Feedback without restriction or compensation to you. We are not obligated to implement any Feedback.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
IMPORTANT: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@ready.ai. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods. However, if you are a California resident and cancel within 3 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@ready.ai.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, Singapore, and other countries where Ready AI or its service providers operate.
By signing up for Ready AI and sending your initial message, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ready AI at the phone number you provide.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. You can adjust your preferences in your account settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
READY AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL READY AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO READY AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Singapore in English.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Ready AI on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Claims that qualify for small claims court may be brought there.
EU Consumer Exception: If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the arbitration agreement and class action waiver above do not apply to you. Instead, any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain all rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ready AI regarding the Service.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
