This Privacy Policy describes how Ready AI Pte. Ltd. ("Ready", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Sources you connect — when you connect a source (for example an inbox, a social account, a feed, or another integration), we access the content and metadata you authorize so we can structure it into your radar. We request only the scopes needed for the features you use.
• Content you create — the radars, entities, notes, and instructions you set up inside the Service.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, and device and browser information, collected to keep the Service secure and improve it.
• Communications — messages you send us, such as support requests or feedback.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and operate the Service — including watching your connected sources and structuring them into your radar;
• Generate the intelligence, maps, and notifications you ask Ready to produce;
• Authenticate you, secure your account, and prevent abuse;
• Respond to your requests and provide support;
• Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the private content of your connected sources to train models for anyone other than serving your own radar.

Sources and third-party services

When you connect a source, the underlying provider's own terms and privacy policy continue to govern that data on their side. Ready accesses it on your behalf, under the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect a source at any time from your account — after which we stop fetching new data from it.

We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure and integration providers (for example hosting, database, authentication, and AI processing vendors) to operate the Service. They process data only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

How we share information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf to run the Service, under contract;
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ready, our users, or the public;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of that transaction;
• With your direction — when you ask us to share something or connect another service.

We never sell your personal information or your connected-source content.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or disconnect a source, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

How we protect information

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe and to limit access strictly to what each part of the Service requires.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights — or disconnect any source — from your account settings, or by contacting us at hello@ready.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

International data transfers

Ready operates globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place to protect information transferred across borders.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
